What I figured out is the problem was not the hands free mode so much as it was locations and location services like My Locations. My phone would reconnect to wifi as it does every other day and as soon as the logon was complete the hands free mode would initialize. Would re initialize every time I came back into my own wifi zone. I recognized that the problem would reinitialize everytime I came back into my own wifi.
